Also another favorite of mine is this Florentine Sauce. Its secret is definitely the poultry seasoning which makes this so fantastic. If you need more sauces use search bar and keep your craving fresh.

YUM YUM SAUCE RECIPE IDEAS
Before we got into how to make this it, let’s talk about yum yum sauces uses:
It is really amazing as a dipping sauce with raw or roasted vegetables. Also I loved it with baked potatoes, cut into wedges, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Salad dressing: you might already have made my Tahini Dressing. You know I’m a guy who loves Tahini – so much it is a everyday must for me. I even eat it pure from the jar with a spoon and no further seasoning.
But only recently I tried something different and used my Yum Yum Sauce as a salad dressing. The salad was a mix from lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, a bit of corn and it turned out so lipsmacking amazing. That sauce really pimps up the flavors so well.
YUM YUM SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- Vegan Mayo
- Tomato paste
- Onions
- Garlic
- Vegan butter
Only 5 simple ingredients are required for this Japanese Steak sauce, not counting salt and pepper.
Optionally you can add for even more taste:
Hot sauce gives the final result a bit more flavor. I do this often because I’m all about flavors, but if you’re not fond of spicy food, just use a tiny dash of hot sauce and adjust from there.
Smoked paprika this will also give this sauce a more bold flavor. My recommendation is to use at first 1/2 teaspoon but adding another teaspoon was just right for me. But please always start with less.
Maple syrup: the fried onions will give the sauce a naturally sweet flavor. But adding maple syrup was so fingerlicking good, a sweetness which you cannot achieve with just the onions.
But it is still delicious without. The syrup is just an optional add on to make it a gourmet version. You really don’t need this.
HOW TO MAKE YUM YUM SAUCE
In a casserole or sauce pan, heat vegan butter and then add onions and garlic. Fry for around 3 minutes until golden.
Now take the casserole off your stove and go to a food processor or blender. Combine vegan mayo, tomato paste, the optional add ons (maple syrup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika) and the onion and garlic mix from the casserole. Blend all until smooth and creamy.
A great option for any dinner or lunch that the whole family will love. The Yum Yum Sauce can be stored in a airtight container in the fridge for one week.

Healthy version: skip the vegan mayo and use plant yoghurt and apple cider vinegar instead.
